Founder’s Theory is a nonfiction manuscript of over 130 pages, a work in progress over several years in which thirty laws of founding are distilled from my father’s experiences as an immigrant entrepreneur pursuing the American Dream. I braid together stories, analytic models, and faith-informed reflections, and have refined this oeuvre through multi-stage editing, feedback from mentors, and real-world case studies and university research to evaluate the steadiness of these ideas in the obstreperous nature of building organizations.
